hereafter authorised the proceeds of the said sale calling in and conversion and stand possessed of such

investments and of such parte of as are hereafter authorised (hereinafter called "my Residuary Trust

Funds") upon the following trusts viz:-

In trust to divide my residuary trust fund into

three parts and to pay or transfer one such part

to the British Government for the purpose of build-

ing a school or schools to be called after my name

in Palestine or Mesopotamia as the said british

Government shall think fit as to another third to

pay or transfer the same to Eleazer Bilas Kadoorie

for his use and benefit absolutely and as to the

remaining one-third to pay or transfer the same to the said Anglo-Jewish Association Upon trust to une the income therefor for the benefit of education

in such manner as they in their uncontrolled discre-

tion shall think fit.

5. I declare that my rustees may postpone the sale calling in and conversion of any part of my real

and personal estate for such period as they may in their absolute discretion think fit notwithstanding that it may be of a wosting speculative or reversionary nature and that pending such sale calling in and conversion the whole of the income of the property actually producing income shall be applied as from

my death sa income and on the other hand on auch

sale calling in and conversion or on the falling in of any reversionary property no part of the proceeds

of such sale calling in and conversion or of any

such property shall be paid or applied as past

income.
